You must be able to take accountability and ownership for your actions and your decisions to truly create amazing results for you and your business aspirations.

Okay, what other investments should you make?
I invested $2500 dollars to attend a boot camp to learn how to invest in real estate.
My accountant friend also attended. We both thought we knew a bit about investing in real estate as we both owned a couple of rental properties.
Along with 500 other participants, we started our 3-day boot camp.
Well, the long and short of it was the more you think you know the less you actually know. We left that boot camp and immediately started investing in better-type properties which in turn gave us higher returns than what we were achieving prior to attending the camp.
We thought we were good before. We have now taken our knowledge and experience to another level.
When the light bulb goes on in that mind of yours the creative side takes over and starts dreaming of new ideas and opportunities that previously were UNKNOWN to you.

On the surface of things, he didn’t really have a lot going for himself.
He became the most successful agent that the insurance office produced.
How did he do it?
His thinking was … if I follow the formula of phoning 20 prospects a day… make 5 appointments….close 2 sales per day…equals $2000-$5000 PER WEEK INCOME
That’s exactly what he did. He made it a habit every day to phone at least 20 prospects… He made phone calls until he had his 5 appointments… his inhouse sales training enabled him to convert at least 2 in 3 prospects
It takes discipline with action.
